Finally, Microsoft officially launched the latest Smartphones, and they called it Kin. At the event, titled "It's Time to Share", Microsoft explained that the Kin are targeted not for us, but deliberately aimed at teenagers. Since the smartphone is intentionally focus against one part of teenage life, namely: social networking. Currently Facebook, twitter, and 3G is not limited only to write messages to friends profiles on these but also for sharing photos, videos on youtubefacebook, twitter and many more.
 
Of course, other smartphones can do it, but with Kin users in doing it better because Microsoft deliberately focused on existing features.
According from Microsoft, "Kin" deliberately made not to compete with Android and the iPhone where they purposely support and implementation of existing features. But Kin made for teenage users, sometimes they are more concerned to be able to access facebook more easier than downloading an application in smartphones.
For example the following are the features of the microsoft Kin :

* Keyboard  : One handed texting   => Kin One
* Keyboard  : Two handed texting   => Kin Two

* Memory  : 4 Gigabytes, able to accommodate about more 1000 songs  => Kin One
Memory  : 8 Gigabytes, able to accommodate about more 2000 songs  => Kin Two

* Media Player  : supported by Zune  => Kin One & Two
* Networks  : 3G and wifi  => Kin One & Two

* Sound  : Mono speakers and is available speakerphone   => Kin One
* Sound  : Stereo speakers and is available speakerphone  => Kin Two

* Camera  : 5 Mp camera with flash, and can produce good pictures in dark places and can be used for video cameras  => Kin One
Camera  : 8 Mp camera with flash, and can produce good pictures in dark places and can be used for video cameras  => Kin One
